| Abstract: | A special purpose precision device for measuring revolutionary solid workpiece with half ball shape is developed. It can be used for measuring geometrical parameters and profile error of both outer and inner profiles in one setting operation of a workpiece. The device is worked with a principle of workpiece rotated and polar measurement and has a five coordinates structure provided with a micro computer for gathering and processing the measuring data. And, the key technical arrangement for the device is introduced. |
