N,N’-双水杨醛缩连氮的合成、抗氧化性及抑菌性研究

摘    要:以水杨醛和水合肼作为原料,合成了N,N’-双水杨醛缩连氮(sA),测定了其晶体结构、进行了红外光谱、紫外光谱表征,并进行了抑菌作用和抗氧化性能试验,数据表明,N,N’-双水杨醛缩连氮具有良好的抗氧化性能和抑菌作用.

Abstract:Salicylaldehyde azine (SA) were synthesized with salicylaldehyde and hydrazine hydrate as a raw material. The crystal structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction, as well as the total antioxidant capacity and antibacterial acticities againse Staphlococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were investigated. It was found that SA exhibited significant antibacterial activities and total antioxidant capacity.
