| 摘 要： | 通过对大理学院2011届药学与化学专业毕业生就业问卷调查,分析大理学院毕业生就业现状和存在的问题。并根据此调查结果,引导学生建立科学的求职意向,为地方高校毕业生最终实现充分就业提出一些可行性建议。

| Abstract: | Basing on an employment questionnaire for pharmacy and chemistry students graduated in 2011 from Dali University,the paper analyzes the status quo and present problems of graduates’ employment,leads students to a more scientific application intention,and proposes some practical suggestions for local universities and colleges to realize a full employment. |
