论我国农业剩余劳动力转移的产业选择

农业剩余劳动力的转移问题是发展经济学的重要研究课题。农业剩余劳动力的“兼业型转移”是现阶段的一种过渡模式，“专业型转移”才是长远的目标模式。在考虑我国目前农业剩余劳动力转移的道路选择时，重点应放在农村，通过农业的发展，将农业剩余劳动力吸引到农业基础设施建设上来。乡镇企业要调整产业结构，重点发展劳动密集型产业和农村第三产业。

On the Industrial Selection of Agricultural Surplus Labor Transfer

The transfer of agricultural surplus labor is an important subject of development economics.In this paper,it is believed that of the two models of surplus labor transfer,the combined occupations model is a transitional and temporary one,while the specialized one will help in securing our main object.In consideration of the ways of agricultural surplus labor,our attention should be focused on the countryside and the development of agriculture so as to attract more agricultural surplus labor to the construction of fundamental facilities in agriculture.Town and village enterprises should re\|orientate and abjust their industrial structure concentrating on the development of enterprises of labor\|intensive\|type and the tertiary industry.
