| Abstract: | The development of non-state-run S&T enterprises can't depart from the support of government.Basing on development practice of non-state-run S&T enterprises in the city of ningbo,The paper analyzes basic experience of development of non-state-run S&T enterprises,and put forward that the development of non-state-run S&T enterprises demands the innovation of functions of the government. |
