电液伺服系统研究中的非线性分析方法

摘    要:运用非线性性分析方法对一试验用电液伺服系统进行理论建模和仿真研究。引入了一 个非线性状态方程来描述电液伺服系统的动态特性。通过仿真结果与实际系统的响应相比较,验证了理论建模是准确的。在理论建模与仿真基础上,设计了一个自校正PID控制器,并且对其控制特性进行了仿真研究。

Abstract:This paper presented mathematical modeling and simulation of an electro hydraulic servo system by means of a nonlinear analysis method. A nonlinear theoretical state space model was introduced to describe the dynamic performance of the servo system. The actual test responses of the analyzed system were compared with the simulation ones from its simulation model. The results verify the accuracy and validation of the theoretical model and nonlinear analysis method. On the basis of theoretical modeling and simulation, a self tuning PID controller was designed and tested for the servo system, and its control performance was researched by means of simulation.
