萃取动力学研究中组分传质系数的确定

摘    要:选取两液相体系在确定的恒界面池内进行了革、碘和醋酸的传质实验,计算了它们各自的传质系数。在此基础上,通过选择适宜的传质系数关联式,得到了所研究萃取体系中有关组分的传质系数。羟肟萃铜体系的计算结果与其它文献值基本吻合,从而说明这一实验和计算方法是可行的。

Abstract:The extraction mass transfer experiments of benzene, iodine and acetic acid in a fixed constant interfacial area cell were carried out. The necessary mass transfer coefficients of various species in the research of extraction kinetics were calculated by adopting Olander's correlation: k = HN1 /2Y-1/8D2/3 Where the diffusion coefficient D is to be estimated by adopting some empirical correlation equations. Comparing -these calculation results for extraction of copper by oxime with other authors, results, it is concluded that the adopted calculation procedure and the results obtained are acceptable..
