| Abstract: | The speeding-up of economic globalization incurs increasing international business interactions. However, conflicts of the different culture influence directly the success of business transactions and the sustaining of business relationships. This paper probes the fundamental causes of the cultural conflict occurring, describes its various exhibition, and offers some measures of reducing conflicts. |
