仿云杉多层环形塔状立体车库结构稳定性

摘    要:为了满足提高立体车库结构稳定性的要求,根据植物结构特征建立了生物模型,从仿生学角度将植物结构应用于立体车库,从而达到提高立体车库稳定性的目的。云杉整体结构呈现为塔状,其主干粗壮,侧枝分层,根据云杉的上述特点并结合工程应用设计仿云杉多层环形塔状结构升降式立体车库。根据仿生立体车库结构建立其多自由度力学模型,利用传递矩阵方法建立力学模型频率方程并进行模态分析,接着运用MATLAB模拟对比仿生立体车库和直筒型立体车库在外界激励下的响应。结果表明:两种结构立体车库受到相同外界激励时,仿生立体车库各阶固有频率均大于直筒型立体车库,而且其各层振动位移、速度的幅值、标准差相较于直筒型立体车库对应位置均更小,验证了仿生立体车库抵抗外界激励的能力更强,结构更加稳定。

Abstract:In order to meet requirement of improving the stability of stereo garage structure, this paper established a biological model according to characteristics of plant structure, and it was applied to stereo garage from bionics, so as to improve the stability of stereo garage. The overall structure of spruce is tower-like, with thick trunk and layered lateral branches. According to the above characteristics of spruce and combined with the engineering application, a lifting stereo garage of multilayer annular tower-like structure imitating spruce was designed and its multiple degrees of freedom system mechanical model was established, and then the frequency equation of mechanical model was established by transfer matrix and modal analysis was carried out. The response of bionic stereo garage and straight cylindrical stereo garage under external excitation was simulated by MATLAB. The results showed that when the two kinds of stereo garage were motivated by the same external loads, the frequencies of bionic stereo garage were greater than straight cylindrical stereo garage, and the amplitude and standard deviation of vibration displacement and velocity of each layer were smaller than those of corresponding positions of straight cylindrical stereo garage. It verified that bionic stereo garage had a stronger ability to resist external loads and its structure was more stable.
