| 摘 要： | 体育的发展史就是体育课程不断改革、不断创新的历史.根据教育部颁布的新<纲要>精神,为了弥补原有体育课程教学内容体系卜的缺失,内蒙古民族大学以通识教育为平台,增设了体育素质教育的内容:生存教育技能课、挫折教育心理课、民族体育认知课、体育之美欣赏课.从选课人数看,此项改革深受学生的喜爱,实用指数与满意度指数较高,有推广和普及的价值.
