引名企进校园 校企深度融合 共建实训基地

职业教育是一个成本昂贵的教育,昂贵就体现在它对实训条件的要求上。如何将这昂贵的教育办好,仅靠高职学院是不可能的。从具体的办学实践中,以学院的汽车专业为例,从合作的过程、成效、体会3个方面充分论述了如何充分利用校企的深度融合,共建、共管、共享校内实训基地,将校内实训基地建设昂贵成本与企业共同分担,做到资源共享,优势互补,共育人才,为高职校内实训基地建设提供了一条可供借鉴的途径。

Introducing Renowned Enterprises into Campus College Closely Cooperating with Enterprises Building Training Bases Jointly

Vocational education is the education of high cost because of the training facilities incorporated.It is impossible to rely on the vocational colleges solely to run the vocational education well.Based on the concrete practice of running school,taking the construction of training bases for the automotive program at our college as example,the paper illuminates in details,from the aspects of the process,the effectiveness and experience of cooperation,how to take advantage of the close cooperation between the vocational colleges and enterprises to build and manage and share the training bases jointly.It offers an approach of building training bases at vocational colleges for reference.
