摘    要:为了提高喷射成型工艺中的沉积坯尺寸精度,针对喷射过程的变参数特点,设计了基于模糊推理的FPID控制器.结果表明:FPID智能控制器具有超调量小和调整时间短的优点;在预设值为5.5 mm的控制器测试实验中,稳态沉积坯厚度的平均尺寸为5.28 mm,均方差为0.34 mm.

Abstract:In spray forming,obtaining accurate dimensional accuracy of a deposit is difficult because there are lots of disturbances in this process.Therefore,an intelligent fuzzy-PID controller(FPID),whose parameters are self-adjusted based on fuzzy inference,was developed to improve the accuracy of deposit dimension.The simulation results of the controller show that the override is low,and the error of steady state is better than PID controller.The experimental results show that the error between actual size and target value 5.5 mm is 0.22 mm,and the mean square root of error is 0.34 mm.
