Al-Ti-B和La稀土复合熔体处理对工业纯铝的细化作用研究

摘    要:通过对比实验的方法,分别研究了Al-Ti-B、La稀土以及Al-Ti-B和La稀土复合熔体处理对工业纯铝组织和机械性能的影响.结果表明:单一的Al-Ti-B和La稀土均能减小工业纯铝的晶粒度,La稀土细化效果弱于Al-Ti-B,但当Al-Ti-B和La稀土复合熔体处理后细化效果明显,同时,可进一步改善其塑性、强度.

Abstract:By comparing the experimental method,we studied the Al-Ti-B,La rare earth as well as the Al-Ti-B and La rare earth complex melt treatment on the structural and mechanical properties of industrial pure aluminum.The results showed that a single Al-Ti-B and La rare earth could reduce the grain size of pure aluminum.Refinement effect of La rare earth was weaker than Al-Ti-B.But after Al-Ti-B and La rare earth compound melt treatment,refinement effect became marked and could further improve its plasticity and strength.
