物理师范生说课技能现状分析及训练策略

摘    要:本文通过物理师范生说课存在的问题分析,提出师范生说课技能训练分为学生说课前的准备、说课技能练习、学生说课技能的测评三个阶段;同时在说教材,说教学方法和说教学程序等三个说课环节方面划分训练目标的等级,使物理师范生说课技能的每一环节训练策略尽可能规范,有利于物理学师范生说课能力的提高,有利于培养物理师范生从事教学研究的能力。

Abstract:We analyzed the problems existing in the speaking lesson of normal students major in physics, and put forward the skill training strategy for it, which can be divided into three stages: preparation before class, practice for speaking lesson skill, and skills assessment. At the same time, the practice content should also be divided into three aspects: teaching material, teaching methods and teaching procedures. The training strategy can improve students' ability of speaking lesson, and cultivate students' research ability about teaching.
