| 摘 要： | 本文通过物理师范生说课存在的问题分析,提出师范生说课技能训练分为学生说课前的准备、说课技能练习、学生说课技能的测评三个阶段;同时在说教材,说教学方法和说教学程序等三个说课环节方面划分训练目标的等级,使物理师范生说课技能的每一环节训练策略尽可能规范,有利于物理学师范生说课能力的提高,有利于培养物理师范生从事教学研究的能力。

| Abstract: | We analyzed the problems existing in the speaking lesson of normal students major in physics, and put forward the skill training strategy for it, which can be divided into three stages： preparation before class, practice for speaking lesson skill, and skills assessment. At the same time, the practice content should also be divided into three aspects： teaching material, teaching methods and teaching procedures. The training strategy can improve students＇ ability of speaking lesson, and cultivate students＇ research ability about teaching. |
