摘    要:众所周知,发达国家十分重视公共服务平台的建设,以保证各类服务和功能的实现。而在我国,一个专业的、由政府和非政府组织共同搭建、服务于各类人力资源的公共平台无论在理论界还是实践中都几乎处于空白。用P、E、S、T这一工具,对我国人力资源公共服务平台的构建作宏观环境的分析。

Abstract:As we all know,developed countries attach great importance to the construction of public service platform so as to guarantee the realization of various kinds of service and function.However,at Present in China.It still remains blank in both theory,research,and practice as to a human resource public service platform,which is professional,builded up both by government and non-governmental organizations and in the service of all human resources.In this article,a demand analysis will be made,from the angle of macro-environment,by the tool of P(Politics),E(Economics),S(Society),T(Technology)on this human resource public service platform.
