| 摘 要： | 该文报道利用3-甲基二环2.2.2]辛-2-烯-2-羧酸的氧化开环反应合成cis-4-乙酰基环己基甲酸的新方法.该法不仅路线短、条件简单,而且可使总得率由原方法的9.8%提高至17.8%.

| Abstract: | : This paper reports a new method for the synthesis of cis-4-acetylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid,which involves the ozonization of 3-methyl-bicyclo2.2.2]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid. The overall yield of thenew method is 17. 8% and has increased by 8% over that of the previous one. |
