| 摘 要： | 目的：了解粪便中弧菌科细菌的检测，引起临床工作者的高度重视．方法：对136例腹泻病人粪便进行细菌培养、生化鉴定及药敏试验．结果：在136例腹泻病人粪便中分离出气单胞菌属16株，占11．8％，其中25％菌株是嗜水性气单胞菌．结论：弧菌科的细菌已成为当地重要的肠道致病菌．

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the detection of vibrio family bacteria in feces,and draw clinical workers' great attention.Methods:The feces of 136 patients with diarrhea were carried out with bacterial culture, biochemical identification and susceptibility test.Results:The feces of 136 patients with diarrhea separated 16 strains aeromonas,accountion for 11.8%,and 25% of them are hydrophilic.Conclusion:The bacteria of vibrio family are main pathogens of intestinal diseases. |
