| Abstract: | In this paper,a unsymmetric dihydrazidate ligand(L) was synthesized through the reaction of salicyl-hydrazidate with isonicotinoyl chloride(L=isonicotinoyl salicylhydrazidate).As used L to reacte with transition metal Hg(Ⅱ),a unsymmetric dihydrazidate-metal complex had been synthesized,namely,Hg(L2)2Cl2]·H2O.The complex was characterized by X-ray diffraction analyses.This compound is a chiral simple complex,it belongs to the tetragonal C2221 space group and the metal ions Hg(Ⅱ) adopt distorted tetrahedral geometries.It is extended into a 3D supermolecule framework through hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking.In addition,its fluorescence spectra and polarimetric analyses were discussed. |
