| 摘 要： | 通过对拉深成形的应力、应变分析，得知拉深成形件常见的起皱和拉裂的质量问题与拉深过程中的坯料摩擦状态有关，还分析了拉深中摩擦如何影响起裂和拉裂，并提出了相应的对策和办法。
