摘    要:利用镧系离子做~1H NMR探针研究了在水溶液中缬氨酸构象,在搜索构象时,调整构象参数,用计算机进行分析处理。结果表明,缬氨酸分子在水溶液中的构象以一组构象异构体平衡共存,并简单地讨论了三种主要构象百分数与空间几何效应大小的关系。

Abstract:The present paper contains conformation distribution of valine in an acidulous aqueous solution investigated with lanthanide ions as H NMR probe. By adjusting the structure and population parameters, the reasonable results which are most close to the experimental data were observed. The population of conformation for valine was determined. The results show that there are rotamers in aqueous solution and their population is dependent on the sterochemistry of valine.
