W/O/W法制聚苯乙烯微胶囊的研究

摘    要:W/O/W复相法制聚苯乙烯微胶囊是一种使聚合物从油相中沉淀分离包围住芯材的成囊方法。本研究结果表明;微胶囊的粒经随着内水相粘度和体积分数的增加而增大,随着乳化剂浓度增加和搅拌转速提高而降低。同时,不同乳化剂影响也不同,使用十二烷基硫酸钠时,所得的微胶囊比使用Tween 80时粒径小,且分布窄。

Abstract:Polystyrene microcapsules were prepared with the W/O/W multiple emulsion method,in which polystyrene was precipitated onto the surface of core material to form the capsules. The size and distribution of polystyrene microcapsules play the significant role in their properties. Experimental results showed that the microcapsule diameter increased with an increase in the viscosity and the volume fraction of the internal aqueous phase,but decreased with an increase in the emulsifier concentration. When dodecyl sulfonate sodium was used as an emulsifier, the microcapsule diameter was smaller and its distribution was narrower than that when Tween 80 was used as an emulsifier.
