摘    要:采用L9(34)正交设计,对不同施肥条件下南瓜的过氧化物酶(POD)活性和根冠比进行研究.结果表明,氮素对南瓜穴盘苗影响显著,施用氮肥后,幼苗POD活性显著增高,根冠比显著降低.与对照相比,在南瓜苗龄20、30和40 d时,POD活性随施用氮肥次数和苗龄的增加而差异愈加显著.但在各个南瓜苗龄期,施用5和10 g/L浓度氮肥水平的南瓜幼苗之间,其POD活性和根冠比并无显著差异.在多数情况下,磷钾肥施用后,POD活性、根冠比与对照相比差异不显著.在磷钾肥200 mg/L浓度水平下,南瓜苗龄30、40和50 d时的POD活性增强.微肥对南瓜穴盘苗的POD活性影响最小,微肥施用后,南瓜幼苗POD活性变化不显著,但根冠比显著增加.

Abstract:POD activity and shoot ratio of pumpkin plug seedling under different fertilizer application levels were systematically studied by L9(34) orthogonal experimental design.The results show that the effect of nitrogen application levels on pumpkin plug seedling's POD activity and shoot ratio is significant.The POD activity is significantly increased and the shoot ratio is significantly reduced after application of nitrogen fertilizer.As compared with the control group,for pumpkin plug seedlings in 20,30,40 d,th...
