| 摘 要： | 文章的主要阐述教师在教授学生学习手风琴时,根据培养对象的不同和社会实际需求,在教学中应因材施教,明确培养目标,从学生自身的客观条件和未来的工作性质出发,避免盲目追求技巧性,忽视综合能力及文化素质的培养,从而适应现代社会的工作需求。
