| 摘 要： | 针对目前城市交通现状，分析了城市交通问题。在分析城市汽车交通，特别是小汽车交通特性基础上，根据城市布局结构和土地混合利用程度，居民出行特征，提出了控制和发展汽车保有量以及适量发展城市汽车交通的对策，并提出实施建议。

| Abstract: | The urban traffic problems are summarized on the basis of present urban traffic situation, with the analysis of urban automobile traffic,especially the traffic characteristic of cars. The counter- measures of controlling and developing the amount of existing automobile and developing moderately the urban automobile traffic are put forward according to the utilizing degree of mixed urban distribu- tion structure and land. The implementing suggestion is put forward. |
