未来“新型”中学体育教师知识结构分析研究

成人、兴家、立国是一代代国人的追求,是国家教育事业发展的终极目标。本文依据国际学校体育教育发展趋势,结合我国学校体育发展现状,揭示我国学校体育教学发展过程中＂资深＂难题——基层中学体育教师知识结构体系不完善,并以高校体育专业课程设置情况、基层体育教师学历水平和中学生的体育需求为研究依据,提出构建我国未来＂新型＂中学体育教师知识结构的发展路径：以点带面、点面结合,调整高等院校体育教育专业课程设置;因地制宜,设置相应体育教师＂充电＂制度;以学生为原点,带动体育教师知识结构体系重塑;加大少数民族体育教师的培养力度;提高体育教师的自我认识,加大政策执行能力。本研究旨在培养适应国家体育教育事业发展的基层人才,为我国由体育大国向体育强国提供基础保障。

The Future of “New” Middle School PE Teachers' Knowledge Structure Construction

Being a man who is beneficial to society,a provider of one family and a pillar of the state is not only the lifelong pursuit of a generations of Chinese people,but also the ultimate purpose of national education. This article is based on the international trend of school physical education development,is combined with the present situation of our country,reveals some problems which are difficult to solve——physical education teachers who work in Secondary school do not have enough basic knowledge structure. Professional curriculum college sports,the sport needs grassroots sports teacher education levels and high school students for the study based on. And it also puts forward the future path of physical education teachers＇ knowledge structure in our country：fans out from a point to an area and adjusts the course arrangement universities;suits one＇s measures to local conditions and arrange some further study for physical education teacher;regards students as the original points to drive the remolding of physical education teachers＇ basic knowledge structure;enhances the training of minority physical education teachers;improve the self awareness of physical education teachers and strengthen the capacity of policy implementation. The study was designed to train the country＇s grassroots sports development education personnel that provide a basis for our sports power guaranteed by the sports powers.
