多层压电晶体型电-机转换器及其静态特性实验研究

摘    要:电 -机转换器的性能直接影响电液控制阀在整个电液系统中的品质特性 ,文章根据压电晶体的逆压电效应设计了粘接式多层压电晶体型电 -机转换器及驱动电路 ,并对其进行静态特性实验研究。实验结果表明粘接式多层压电晶体型电 -机转换器的静态特性优于电磁型电 -机转换器 ,能够很好地满足电 -机转换器的要求 ,可广泛用于电液控制技术领域

Abstract:The characteristic of the electrohydraulic valve is directly determined by the electro mechanical converter in the whole electrohydraulic system.This paper designs a bonding multi layer piezocrystal electro mechanical converter and its drive circuit based on the converse piezoelectric effect of the piezocrystal, and carries out the static characteristic experiment of this converter.The experiment results show that the static characteristic of the designed converter is better than that of electro magnetic kind,and can meet the needs of elcetro mechanical converter.So this kind of converter can be used widely in the domain of electrohydraulic control.
