| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业是我国农村发展的一次历史性的跨越，但也有许多弊端，尤其是其布局思路上与我国城镇化发展存在着冲突。随着市场经济体制在我国的最终确立，我们必须尽快制定和完善有关政策，积极推动我国乡镇企业的科学、合理布局，不断提高我国城镇化水平。

With the market economy system finally founded, we must as soon as possible establish and perfect relevant policies,improve the scientific and reasonable layout of enterprises in towns and, continuously increase our country's development of the town. |
