| 摘 要： | 基于MVC（Model-View-Controller）的Web开发方式，选择J2EE平台，采用struts，expresso，log4j，taglib，junit等框架技术建立柳州钢铁（集团）公司电子人力资源管理系统。该系统包括组织机构管理、人员配置管理、薪酬福利管理、社会保险、招聘管理、培训发展、退休管理，七大模块，实现了柳州钢铁（集团）公司的人力资源管理自动化。

| Abstract: | The human resources management system is developed in the platform of J2EE by using Struts,Expresso,Log4j,Taglib and Junit. It is a web application based on MVC. It consists of seven modules which are organization management, staff management, wage and welfare management, social insurance management, recruit management, training management and retirement management. |
