2-甲氧羰甲基-苯并吡嗪的聚乙二醇支载合成研究

摘    要:利用聚乙二醇(PEG)作为可溶性聚合物载体,经过3步反应支载合成2-甲氧羰甲基-苯并吡嗪,总产率68%,反应条件温和,后处理简单.产物经红外、核磁分析,所得数据与其结构相吻合.

Abstract:2-(Methoxy-carbonylmethyl)-Benzopyazine was synthesized using Poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) as a soluble support via 3 steps,and the overall yield was 68%.The structure of the target molecule was detected by IR and NMR,and the spectrum result was consistent with the molecular structure.
