葛洲坝浮门系泊装置改造方案研究及优化设计

摘    要:三峡电站建成运行后,葛洲坝坝前水位涨落幅度达7.5m,致使原有葛洲坝船闸浮门固定系缆装置无法使用,需改建为浮式系泊装置.为满足施工过程中不影响航运的要求,以确保结构安全、降低投资成本、减小施工风险、缩短施工周期为目标函数,经方案优化后,文章提出了以围护结构、模板结构、功能结构与受力结构四合一的钢简体系;经过有限元数值计算方法对该结构进行力学分析,为设计提供了可靠依据,结果表明,该方案安全可靠、施工简便、成本低廉,并在实践中得已验证,可为同类工程提供有益的借鉴.

Abstract:After the completion of Three Gorges Power Station,the fluctuation of water level in the front of GeZhouBa is up to 7.5 meters.It brings about that the original floating door mooring installation will not work normally with a fixed mooring method and needing a floating mooring installation.For the sake of unaffecting normal navigation and insuring the safety of the structure,reducing investment cost,minishing building risk and cutting construction period,the steel tube structure is adopted;it has four effects of outer protective structure,mounding board structure,function structure and loading structure.The mechanical analysis with finite elements provides reliable basis for the design and optimization of structure.The result indicates that the plan is safe,simple and economical and provides some quotable values for the similar projects.
