| 摘 要： | 徐镳教授是我国著名体育教育家，先后从事学校体育工作多年，产生了丰富的实践成果，形成了独特的学校体育思想。他强调体育在学校育人中不可或缺，学校体育的首要目标是增进学生体质、促进学生健康，校长、师资、场地是学校体育成功实施的关键要素，学校体育必须坚持“普及与提高相结合、自我发展与校际交流相促进”原则。这些思想在当时教育界产生了积极影响，对当下学校体育工作开展也有很好借鉴和启发作用。

| Abstract: | Professor Xu Biao,a famous sports educator. He devoted many years on school sports,finally,produced a-bundant practical achievements and unique school sports ideology. He emphasizes that school education cannot be running well without sports. The chief aim of school sports is impoving students’ physical quality and promoting their health. President,teacher resource and sports site are key elements for school sports’ running successfully. It should insist on“popularization and improvement to reach a self-development in one college and to promote inter-college exchange phrase”. These makes a positive influence to educational circle at that time,and gives some references and inspiration to today’s school sports. |
