摘    要:采用特尔斐法专家咨询与田野调查法,在深入部分高校体育教学现场,实地观摩体育教师的体育教学,并结合不同专家的观点与智慧的基础上,经调查分析后,获得了制约高校体育教学质量提升的七大瓶颈:1)高校教师教学理念滞后,简单延续中学体育教学思想的现象非常普遍;2)教学方式方法生硬僵化,没有针对大学生成人化特征,实施有针对性的有效教学;3)高校体育教学中“运动技术至上”思想盛行,过于强调技术教学;4)忽视学生运动理念培养和运动知识的传递;5)体育教学中运动负荷安排存在欠缺,总体负荷难以确保大学生体质状况改善;6)高校体育教学与高校其他学校体育活动难以协调统一,没有形成合力,使得其教学效果大打折扣;7)高校体育教学仍“以教材为本”,难以做到“以生为本”,粗放式教学仍为高校体育教学的主流。

Abstract:In this paper, the author uses Delphi expert consultation and field surveys,in-depth part of the college physical education field,on the basis of different perspec-tives and wisdom of experts in the field to watch sports teaching physical education teachers,and set on,after in-vestigation and analysis,the author gets constraints to im-prove the quality of teaching college sports seven bottle-necks:1)teaching philosophy universities lag,simple con-tinuation high school physical education ideology is wide-spread;2) stiff rigid teaching methods,there is no feature for adult students, implement targeted trends effective teaching methods;3 ) college Physical Education Teaching“movement technology first” popular,too much emphasis on technical education;4 ) transfer to ignore the concept of training the student movement and the movement of knowledge;5 ) sport sports teaching load arrangement ex-ists a lack of overall Students load is difficult to ensure physical condition improved;6 ) college Physical Educa-tion and other school sports college harmonization diffi-cult,there is no force, making its teaching effect greatly reduced;7 ) college Physical Education is still the “teach-ing-oriented”,it is difficult to achieve“Student-centered”teaching is still the mainstream extensive university sports teaching.
