摘    要:针对一类高度非线性过程的虚拟仿真问题,提出一种虚拟环境下仿真新方案,即“物理行为模型 现象发生系统”,该方案由虚拟现实系统、基于分形几何建模、物理行为模型三部分组成,关键技术包括:物理行为模型与现象发生系统之间映射关系建立方法;基于分形几何的复杂拓扑结构几何模型快速构造算法;虚拟环境下基于结点的大量复杂几何对象近似纹理快速处理算法;大量复杂几何对象的实时渲染问题。随后以散体岩石在圆锥破碎机破碎腔中的破碎过程虚拟仿真为例,说明方案的应用过程。

Abstract:A new solution was proposed for the virtual simulation of high non-linear process. The solution can be described as "Physical Control Models Phenomenon Creating Systems". The main modules of the solution include Virtual Reality system, geometric modeling based on fractal geometry, and physical control models. Then the key algorithms of the solution were also given, such as rapid modeling algorithm for geometric object which has a complex topology, rapid texture creating for vast scale complex geometric objects, distributed parallel shading program for vast scale complex geometric objects. To interpret how to work according to the solution, a virtual simulation system for rocks cracking in cone crusher was introduced.
