大功率弧焊逆变器主电路的建模与仿真

摘    要:为了合理地设计大功率弧焊逆变器,在对移相全桥零电压脉宽调制(FB ZVS-PWM)大功率弧焊逆变器主电路工作原理分析的基础上,建立了大功率弧焊逆变器主电路的小信号模型.由于功率变压器漏感的作用,分析过程中做了近似假设,这对模型的精度产生了影响.文中分析了不同模型参数对模型传递函数幅频特性的影响.结果表明,尽管合理设计输出电感对减少CO2气保焊中的飞溅甚为重要,但该模型无法从根本上解决飞溅问题.要完全解决CO2气保焊中的飞溅问题,关键在于逆变器的智能化。

Abstract:In order to design high-power arc-welding invert ers rationally, a small-signal model of the main circuit in the high-power arc-welding inverter was established, based on the analysis of the main circuit in the high-power arc-welding inverter with phase-shifted full bridge zero-voltage-switched PWM (FB ZVS-PWM). An approximate assumption was proposed during the model analysis in view of the effect of the leakage inductance in power transformer, which causes a significant effect on the model precision. The magnitude and phase characteristics of the control-to-output transfer function of the model which varied with different model factors, were also analyzed. The results show that, although rational design of the output filter inductor plays an important role in reducing the sputter in CO 2 welding, the model itself can not solve the problem of spatter completely. Implementing the intellective inverter is the key to success.
