| 摘 要： | 针对在国家以高科技产业带动经济发展的战略中,高校发展高科技产业没有形成规模,势头不够强劲;普通高校发展高科技产业的意识、做法还不到位的现象。探讨了影响高校高科技产业发展的主要因素,指出了高校发展高科技产业到底缺什么。

| Abstract: | As scale and momentum have not been stronglyestablished, and the realization and practice have not been put intoreal play in developing high-tech industrial in universities in accordance with the National Policy for Economic Development stimulated by developing high-tech industrial, this paper discussed various factors restricting the development of high-tech industrial andpointed out what have to be done actually for developing high-tech industrial in Institutions or universities. |
