摘    要:三坐标测量机机器精度的标示和检定,一直是一个比较困难的问题。本文通过对影响测量机机器精度的误差因素及其影响作用的讨论,提出应以空间点位误差来标示测量机的精度,并提出了空间点位误差的测量方法。作者按照此法,用平尺和量块构成“L”型检具,方便地实现了一台中等尺寸的生产型测量机的机器精度的检定。结果表明,此法是经济有效的,特别适合于大型测量机的精度评定。

Abstract:Specifying and testing machine accuracy of CMM (coordinate measuringmachines) are a very difficult problem. The specification and test method byspecifying and measuring all errors of each axis item-by-item, widely employedin practice, is tedious and expensive because quite a number of errors are in-volved. Its test result can't directly express volumetric point-to-point positio-nal accuracy of CMM. The method by specifying and determining the measure-ment uncertainty of volumetric longth can raise test efficiency greatly byusing inspection tools-gauge block, double dall bay, etc., but the analysableproperty and completeness will be affected because of interaction of errors anddifference in direction between error vector and measuring line. So in thispaper error elements and their effects to machine accuracy are discussed, aspecification and test method by measuring volumetrio point-to-point positio-nal error is proposed. According to this method, the "L" form inspection toolsare made using a strightness edge and gauge blocks and the accuracy of a CMMwhich has medium size and accuracy is successfully determined. Obtained re-sult indicates that the method is economical, effective and very suitable foraccuracy evaluation of large-scale CMM.
