摘    要:以265名大学生为对象,采用实验、数理统计、比较分析法。对普通高校体育理论课教学不同时间、地点、时段的教学效果进行实验研究。旨在探讨在“健康第一”教育背景下,体育理论课教学的最佳方式。结果表明:理论课的集中讲授与分散讲授、教室讲授与操场讲授以及理论教学与实践教学过程中的不同时段,均会影响理论教学的质量与效率。

Abstract:The teaching effects of theoretical PE course at different time and place were studied with 265 college students based on the experiments,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis in colleges and universities aiming at exploring the better teaching method of theoretical PE course with Health First as the principle.The results showed that teaching the theoretical parts of PE separately or collectively,in classroom or on the playground,and the different periods during theoretical teaching and practical teaching could all work on the quality and efficiency of theoretical teaching.
