高速公路环境经济损益实例分析

环境经济损益分析是由费用效益分析派生出来的,是费用效益分析在环境经济系统中的再现。通常,环境效益和污染影响带来的损失都很难直接用货币进行定量计算。通过江西奉新至铜鼓高速公路项目实例,应用费用效益分析法,建立分析评价指标体系,由这些指标来计算反映对环境质量的损益程度,采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法论述工程建成投入营运后的环境经济效益。

Case Study of Cost-benefit Analysis for Environmental Economy of Highway Construction

The cost-benefit analysis of environmental economy derives from the cost effectiveness analysis and represents it through the environmental economic system.Generally,the loss brought by environment effectiveness and pollution effect is hard to be calculated quantitatively by currency.This article cites the Fengxin-Tonggu Highway Program as example and constructs the indicator system of analysis and evaluation through the method of cost effective analysis.It reveals the cost-benefit level of environmental quality by calculating the indicatrix and analyses the environmental economy effectiveness caused by the operation of engineering construction through the analytical method combined with qualitative diagnosis and quantitative diagnosis.
