| 摘 要： | 用一种具有高度选择性的溴代试剂—Py.HBr.Br2在较温和的条件下进行3-酮的2位溴代反应,消去HBr后的A环1、2-位引入双键。它是一种在甾体环上快速引入双键的方法之一。

| Abstract: | It has been found that the reagent(Py.HBr.Br2) can selectively bromate at the A-ring(C-2) of hecogenin.Since the brominating reaction with this reagent is fast and mild,it is one of the best bromination methods for the steroid structural modification reactions.The A-ring modification includes selective bromination using brominating agent,double bond formation by eliminated hydro-bromic acid with Lithium chloride in DMF. |
