摘    要:本文以决策科学化的基本理论为指导,以建筑工程领域为基础,在决策管理学的视角下提出深基坑支护方案优选决策的网络分析法(ANP)。首先,选取5个主准则、17个子准则建立深基坑支护方案优选决策指标体系;其次,重点分析因素层间横向相互作用,构建ANP网络结构模型;然后,采用德菲尔法打分确定相对优属度矩阵,引入直接优势度和间接优势度;最后,运行现代化决策工具——Super Decision软件获得支护方案的综合排序结果,实例验证该决策模型的实用性、简捷性和科学性。以期据此找到一种新的可适用于建筑工程领域的科学决策管理模式。

Abstract:Under the guidance of scientific decision-making theory and based on the field of construction engineering, this paper puts forward the network analysis method (ANP) for optimal decision-making of deep foundation pit support scheme from the perspective of decision management. First, 5 main criteria and 17 sub-criteria are selected to establish a decision-making index system for deep foundation pit support scheme optimization. Secondly, the horizontal interaction between the layers of factors is emphatically analyzed to construct an ANP network structure model. Then, the Defel method is used to score and determine the relative dominance matrix, and direct dominance and indirect dominance are introduced. Finally, the Super Decision software, a modern decision tool, is run to obtain the comprehensive ranking results of the support schemes, and verify the practicality, simplicity and scientificity of the decision-making model with examples. In this way, I hope to find a new scientific decision-making management mode applicable to the field of construction engineering.
