高职教育职前职后一体实训平台的构建

摘    要:通过对四川电力职业技术学院结合高职教育要求和企业员工岗位技能培训标准,校企深度融合,共建共享实训基地的建设过程、功能和成果的分析,归纳了校内实训基地“三个一致”,校外实训基地“四化”的建设和管理办法,并提出了适应高职教育"工学融合"特征的职前职后互为加强,互为支撑的实训基地建设模式。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the construct process, the function and the results of the practical base which building through the deeply bidirectional participation of the college and the enterprise by combining the requirements of high vocational and technical education and the criterion of the training; meanwhile concludes the "three consistent" of internal practical base and "four melting" of external practical base. Then, it bring forward the constructing pattern of the practical base which is adaptive with the "working and learning combine" characteristic of high vocational and technical college.
