| 摘 要： | “边缘效应”是烧结过程中固有的现象。结合我厂生产实践,具体分析了加剧“边缘效应”的工艺因素。对烧结布料工艺、生产操作两个方面提出了相应改善措施,重点是改进混合料仓布料方式。

| Abstract: | "Sidewall effect" is one intrinsic phenomenon in the sintering process . The influences of the sintering process parameters on the sidewall effect were analyzed according to the practical production of our plant. The improving ways in aspects of strand feeding process and producing operation were suggested, and the important point is improving the ways of sintering material bin's strand feeding. |
