摘    要:通过用酸值和环氧值跟踪模型反应过程,研究了偏苯三酸酐与环氧氯丙烷合成高支化聚酯反应中存在的主副反应,研究结果表明,反应过程中只存在羧基与环氧基,羟基与酸酐两个反应,由这两个反应交替进行得到外围含有羧基和羟基的高支化聚酯,同时在反应条件下均没有观察到可能存在的副反应。

Abstract:Hyperbranched polyesters were synthesized from trimellitic anhydride and epichlorohydrin. Compared with other synthetic methods, this synthesis process is easier to perform through one-step reactions in milder conditions and directly results in hyperbranched polyesters. Model reaction revealed that the reactions of -COOH with epoxyl and anhydride with -OH groups were at the same rate. Their alternated reactions lead to the forming of polyesters. Direct reaction of -COOH with -OH, -OH with epoxyl and -COOH with chloromethyl were negligible under the polymerization condition. The two-COOH groups on trimellitic anhydride after esterization with alcohol showed about the same activity toward the epoxyl.
