| 摘 要： | 旅游业是当今世界发展最快、规模最大的新兴产业。旅游经济的发展,也使得旅游消费者权益纠纷越来越多,如果不解决好这些纠纷,旅游者的权益就得不到相应的保障,旅游业的进一步发展就会受到影响。因此,必须重视对旅游消费者合法权益的保护。从保护旅游消费者合法权益的重要性出发,提出保护旅游消费者合法权益的主要途径和解决旅游纠纷的有效方法。
