近年来，大学生中普遍产生了功利主义思想，无论是在学习、工作还是在日常生活当中均有不同程度的反映。市场经济，市场就业，竞争激烈，就业难度增大是其主要原因。让大学生认识和了解市场的性质、特点，处理好各种利益关系，树立正确的人生价值观，加强长远、务实的成才观教育；建立并完善各种规章制度，加强管理，堵塞漏洞；调整专业设置，改革课程结构，更新教学内容，适应市场需要是消除或避免大学生功利主义思想负面影响的有效办法．

On the Relationship between Marketization of Job-hunting and Students' Utilitarianism

No matter in their study, work, or daily life, there has been a tendency of utilitarianism among college and university students during the past years. Market economy, severe competition for jobs and other factors lead to such a tendency. However, how to get rid of or reduce the negative effect of utilitarianism among college and university students is becominga more and more important problem before teachers and university authorities.
