摘    要:探讨了用混合有机溶剂(环己酮、冰醋酸和异丙醇)将原油溶解后,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法直接测定原油中铁和镍的可行性。实验结果表明,在用塞曼效应扣除背景的吸收干扰后,用标准曲线法测得的结果与采用干法灰化原子吸收分光光度法测得的结果基本吻合。采用这种方法测定铁和镍的平均加标回收率分别为105%和98.1%,变异系数分别为5.7%和10%.

Abstract:Iron and nickel in oil solution can be determined directly by flame atomic absorption spectrometry when crude oil is dissolved by organic solvents. The behaviors of combustion and solution of different organic solvents (cyclo hexanone, iso propyl alcohol,cyclohexane.) were investigated. When cyclo hexanone dilution and the Zeeman effect background correction are employed, the average recovery ratios of iron and nickel are 105% and 98.1% respectively. The relative standard deviations of them are 5.7% and 10%. The method is simple and rapid for determining iron and nickel in crude oil.
