| 摘 要： | 工程竣工结算是工程造价研究领域的重要分支,而工程造价研究又是涉及到工程建筑、工程经济、工程管理的综合性系统工程,因此,审核工程竣工结算既是经济工作实用课题,也具有一定理论基础.该文在对现有政策深入研究的基础上,提出竣工结算审核的基本原则,供理论研究及实际应用参考.

| Abstract: | Final accounting is very important in the analysis of the project cost,and the project cost is a comprehensive system involving project construction, economy and management,therefore, checking of the final accounting has practical economic significance, and it needs certain theoretical basis.This paper provides some basic principles of the final accounting check on the basis of a deep research into the current policy.The present work may be a reference for the theory researchers and the practical workers. |
