| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前压边力控制技术的最新发展，其次描述了一套八点可变压边力分区控制系统，可以实现随着拉深行程的变化实时改变压边力。重点介绍了控制系统的硬件结构与工作原理，控制系统软件的设计思路与实现方法，以及整个系统核心控制算法的设计思路与实现。

| Abstract: | Recent development of blank holding force is summarized, and the principle of a eight-point blank holding force control system is analyzed. The characteristics of the control system is that the blank holding force can vary with the stroke distance. The hardware structure and operation principle of the control system, the design idea and implementation method of the control system software and the key control arithmetic of the integrated system are introduced in detail. |
