摘    要:BIW焊装线控制系统中,使用多PLC耦合的硬件架构划分整线的控制任务;多层现场总线的网络架构合理分配PLC和机器人的控制任务;安全PLC完成大量安全信号的采集和逻辑处理,可极大提高整线控制系统标准化、模块化程度.这种硬件框架降低了设备安装、调试难度,保证了焊装线安全、可靠、高效的运行,方便了使用过程中对整线的维护、维修.

Abstract:In BIW(Body in White) welding line,applying multi-PLC in hardware structure to divide up the control task of the whole line,using multilevel field-bus network to assign specific mission to PLC and robots,and using safety PLC to collect and operate a mass of safe signals can improve the standardization and modularization of the robot welding line greatly.This kind of hardware structure can reduce the difficulty of installation and commissioning,and ensure the system running with safety,reliability and great efficiency,and also make the maintenance and servicing of robot welding line very convenient.
