辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯包埋共轭亚油酸工艺的研究

摘    要:以辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯为壁材包埋共轭亚油酸,通过响应面法优化包埋条件,得到共轭亚油酸微胶囊化的最佳条件为芯壁比1∶2.87,包埋时间1.56h,包埋温度42℃,包埋率为93.22%.通过喷雾干燥得到共轭亚油酸微囊粉,在电子扫描显微镜下观察,粉末颗粒饱满紧密,排列整齐,颗粒表面出现无规则凹陷.

Abstract:In this study, conjugated linoleic acid was embedded by sodium oetenylsueeinate starch. Through the response surface methodology experiment, the optimum parameters of conjugated linoleic acid microeapsulation were as follows : core material/wall material 1 : 2.87, embedding time 1.56 h, and em- bedding temperature 42 ℃. Under this optimum condition, encapsulation percentage of conjugated linoleic acid microeapsulation was 93.22%. Microencapsulated powder particles after spray drying was plump, inseparable, orderliness, and smooth through the scanning electron microscopy.
